Constructed entirely from the ever-lasting hardwood, this age-old traditiona Bedugul accommodation is a sight to behold. Its facade is adorned with sacred carvings and statues that tell stories from the ancestors, a testament to the beauty and traditions of the Batak peoples of North Sumatra.

The interior of the house is arranged into two levels and a mezzanine: the ground floor features the villa’s kitchen, living area, bathroom and sauna; while the main bedroom and a powder room lie on the first floor and the second bedroom is set on the mezzanine. Every single adornment has been carefully curated and placed, each with its own story. Walking into this magnificent structure feels like a journey into the past.
